Well quite simply, you can share cost, you can share client list, increase your lead sources and you end up with a strategic partner who will refer your center as well as you refer their business as well.

How do you identify partners? You want to look for local businesses with ties to the same customer base.

Online partners that can assist you in driving traffic to your website, Pinterest or Facebook. And community partners such as a pediatrician that can share the marketing costs for maybe you sponsoring a flu shot there or something along those lines.

You need to offer incentives.

Simple incentives can go a long way. Offer discounted services. You can offer a place to put a banner on your website to promote the online business. Be creative and avoid being cheap.
